Officially introduced last week, Google+ application for Android devices has just been updated to version 1.05, which adds several improvements and new features.

Developed by Google, the application is a work in progress and requires an invitation to sign in, which means that it is not available to everyone.

Google+ is a sharing application for mobile phones that allows users to right things with the right people via Circles.

One of the most important features of the application is called Instant Upload and it automatically puts the photos and videos that users take into a private album in the cloud, so they can share them while on the move.

Obviously, this is done with the user's permission, so the application keeps everything private in case of need.

Furthermore, with Huddle users will be able to send super-fast messages to the people they care about most.

Using Stream, the application provides users with updates from their circles or they can see what people are saying about things nearby.

The latest Google+ 1.05 brings the following improvements:

- Improved notifications reliability; - “___ added you to Google+” notifications shown in bulk; - Share stream posts to individual people (search people & contacts); - Clicking a +mention takes you to the person’s profile; - Stream no longer resets to top when screen is rotated; - Nearby accuracy & refresh improvements; - Start a one-on-one huddle from a person’s profile or a group huddle from a circle profile; - Hide one-on-one huddles; - Clickable links in huddles; - Confirmation text when leaving a huddle (“Are you sure you want to leave?”); - Improved autocomplete (people/contacts) when adding a person to a huddle; - Reshared posts show correct profile photo.

Google+ v1.05 for Android is now available as a free download from Android Market and is compatible with all smartphones running Android 2.1 or newer.
