Today, the super giant presented some new gadgets, especially designed to work on Google Desktop, being supposed to help the consumers who installed the application equip their computer with Halloween spooky utilities. Beside pumpkins and scary clocks, the Google Desktop users can find several countdowns to track the time left until their favorite holiday begins.
All these tiny tools are developed by the users and are published on the Google Desktop Gadgets page, along with many other tools. In order to access only the ones designed for Halloween or holidays in general, you have to go over to the page and click on the 'Holidays' link displayed in the category list in the left part of the site.
Please keep in mind that you have to install Google Desktop in order to be able to use the gadgets published on the page. Most gadgets require Google Desktop 4 or a newer version but if you want to be sure that all the utilities work on your computer, I recommend you to install the latest version of the program.
