The super giant Google works on many sides of its mail technology and today it rolled out an update concerning the Help Center which is now able to provide more results for the users looking for information. Gmail's help manuals were already very rich when it comes to the details offered about the service but now Google introduced one feature which might provide answers for any questions asked by the consumers. Using the search technology included in the Help Center, you can now find keyword-related Gmail topics published on Google Groups. This is very useful especially if you're looking for information about a certain feature which is not included in the classic Gmail help manual.

In case you never heard of it, Google Groups comes as the ideal discussion forum, especially created for the Google users which might seek for information regarding any of the company's products. What's most interesting is that you can obtain information from both other users and the search giant's employees which makes Google Groups very efficient.

The new improvement was first noticed by gSpy, a blog which wrote that "given the fact that Gmail users increases dramatically after it opens up to the public, the Gmail Team might be receiving overwhelming amount of help tickets and turn to quality external sources which provides quick answers to simple questions."

In addition to the results provided by Google Groups, it seems like the Help Center is now providing information even from non-Google technologies such as Lifehacker, Answers.com and other websites. Moreover, it seems like it also offers non-English results as a search for 'Gmail shortcuts' returns info in other languages.

If you want to test the new improvement now, go over to the Gmail Help Center and type anything related to Gmail in the search box. After you press the search button, you should be able to view results from several sources.
