14 DAY TRIAL // Abandon Mobile, a developer and publisher of mobile content, announced it has signed a distribution agreement with GlobalFun. Under the agreement, GlobalFun will be the exclusive distributor of Abandon Mobile's games Bode Miller Alpine Racing, NBC Sports Real Golf, NBC Sports National Heads-Up Poker, NBC Sports Figure Skating, NBC Sports Speed Skating, and NBC Sports Ladies Golf in Europe and South America, and the non-exclusive distributor in India and Asia. The games will be made available through GlobalFun's relationships with customers such as Sony Ericsson, Vodafone, Jamba/Jamster, Telefonica Moviles, Swisscom, Claro.
All the games, which were originally developed and published by Abandon Mobile in the U.S. Market, are suited to players of all ages and offer a high degree of re-playability. Abandon Mobile currently has the exclusive global license for all NBC Sports branded mobile games. "Abandon's games are characterized by lively graphics, great gameplay, and offer a high-level of realism to typical mobile game environments," said Marcus Johansson, CEO of GlobalFun.
