Only 1 in 9,000 recent papers argues warming is not occurring

A recent analysis of the latest papers published on anthropogenic (man-made) global warming indicates that the consensus on this issue is set in stone. Of a total of 2,258 studies authored by 9,136 scientists, a single expert writing on a single-paper argued that global warming is not caused by human activity.

What this means is that climate skeptics have no scientific credibility. Gone are the days when deniers could say that a NASA study or another proves climate change is not caused by man. The avalanche of new data collected over the past few years clearly indicates how this global phenomenon works, and reveals that human-generated emissions are driving it.

The dissenting article was published in the journal Herald of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and had a single author. Another metastudy like this one, conducted on peer-reviewed literature published between 1991 and 2012, found that 24 paper out of 13,950 analyzed opposed anthropogenic global warming, Clean Technica reports.

I have often said, here and elsewhere, that global warming skeptics are wrong in their assertions. They usually cite obscure papers, or works whose authors deny any involvement with the opinions expressed by their readers. The new metaanalysis demonstrates once and for all that the so-called debate raging on around the world is artificial, and without scientific merit.
