After a police helicopter crashed on a crowded pub in Glasgow last week, the locals are still shocked by the damages caused and the raising number of deaths reported every day.

Until now, the number of deaths has reached 9 and it is very possible that more victims are laying underneath the piles of rubble from where The Clutha club used to be. After Friday's incident, the building was to unstable for the firefighters to dig through the remains and decided to focus on stabilizing the place first.

After a weekend full of bad news, the number of people dead in the unfortunate event is just increasing. Concerning the cause of the crash, officers have come to believe that the pilot may have been shot or blinded by a laser pen, according to Daily Mail. The witnesses saw the plane falling from the sky after hearing some king of misfiring and technicians are still trying to see if the aircraft had encountered any mechanical difficulties.

After days of hard work, there is still an area that was not searched, the area underneath the wreckage of the helicopter that is still hard enough to reach. The pilot flying the aircraft was an experienced former RAF flight lieutenant, called David Trail. The other two companions were police officers returning from an operation, Kirsty Nelis, 36, and Tony Collins, 43.

It was discovered that the club was hosting more than 120 people that night, and families that still report missing members are dealing with an agonizing wait. “The site is extremely challenging and the efforts of colleagues from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and investigators have been painstaking,” one of the officials managing the case told Daily Mail.

Places near the pub stand filled with flowers in the memory of the ones who lost their lives in the terrible accident. Survivors also came to pay their respects by laying flowers on the place that has now become a sanctuary for the victims of the crash.
