Gigabyte just launched a portable and powerful gaming laptop called the P25K Ultrablade. The device comes bearing a thin and light frame thanks to Intel's 4th generation Core (Haswell) processor.

This is a device targeted at gamers with a preference for mobility as the laptop can easily be packed off in a rucksack.

Spec wise, the PS5K is pretty loaded and will certainly impress game lovers. It comes sporting a 15-inch screen, a 4h Generation Core i7 processor, a 1080p HD IPS displays and the option to add four internal hard drives (up to two 512GB mSATA SSD and two 1TB HDD).

The DVD drive can be swapped out and replaced with one of the 1TB hard drives. Game graphics will be beautifully displayed thanks to the powerful Nvidia GeForce GTX 765M, so the machine is fit for use by gamers and 3D designers alike.

As expected for a gaming device, it comes packed with two USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI output and an SD card reader. Like mentioned before, the device is extremely portable, weighting no more than 1.7 kg / 3.74 pounds and measuring just 21mm / 0.83 inches.

The Ultrablade also features an advanced fan system dubbed Smart Fan which ensure that the machine is kept at the stable cool temperature.

With P25K Ultrablade, Gigabyte successfully mixes ultrabook features with more advanced ones, usually characteristic of fully fledged gaming rigs.
