Gigabyte has been on a frenzy this week, launching a number of gaming laptops all from the 15.6-inch category. But if you prefer going to a more spacious display, the company has a solution for you too.

Meet the 17-inch P27G v2 which has been revamped to bundle the new NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M GDDR5 2GB discrete graphics, which brings about goodies such as the NVIDIA Battery Boost technology, that confers double the battery life.

Like the noteobooks we have seen arrive this week, this particular device runs on the 4th-gen Intel Core i7 chip architecture.

The machine offers a wide 1080p matte display with 72% NTSC wide color gamut, which is said to be able to reduce eye strain and reduce image contamination due to glare.

Gigabyte says the laptop is capable of delivering a cinematic gaming experience and also throws in a premium backlit keyboard with additional adjustable brightness control.

As you’d expect, the laptop comes with spacious storage, in the form of one mSATA SSD up to 512GB and two 1.5TB HHD plus RAID lighting transmission for quick booting after start-up.

The device also has a built-in high-end Blu-Ray DVD combo drive and 3-DIMM memory slots. Pricing specifications for the 17-incher haven't been revealed by Gigabyte.
