To the list of characters that you have never got the chance to play as, you already have the ghost. But, since Ghost in the Sheet has just been launched online, this is going to change. Unless you are too happy at the moment being a crash test dummy, that is. Anyway, the game has been launched by Merscom and has already risen to the number seven spot on an unnamed "major game portal". But this doesn't surprise us, since funny paranormal adventure games can do this trick.

There is also a single player, retail version of the game, released by Tri-Synergy - in case the name or the concept sound familiar, that's why. The game is a comedy adventure games with a supernatural twist. It begins when most of the other games end - after you die. You are a ghost and you have to start your life after death adventure and see what actually happens in the "other world". Yes, this could've been the script for a bad horror movie, but since it is a satiric, comedy computer game, it really sounds great.

It is kind of surprising that Ghost in the Sheet has been launched on casual game sites (for example, you can download it from BigFishGames), but that doesn't really matter. It still has high resolution graphics and detailed animations and a non linear gameplay that allows players to solve the puzzles in any order they want or can. Also, you will have an RPG-like skill learning system, that allows you to learn different paranormal skills, vital for your future adventures.

"Building on the momentum of Blood Ties, Ghost in the Sheet is another example of giving the casual game market what it is craving," explained Lloyd Melnick, Chief Customer Officer at Merscom, "we have spoken very intimately with the major casual game portals and they have told us clearly these are the top of games our customers crave. Casual gamers are looking beyond Match-3 puzzle games and Ghost in the Sheet is a fantastic adventure game that gives casual players the depth of gameplay long expected by traditional gamers."
