14 DAY TRIAL // The complete list of competitors for the new season of “Dancing with the Stars” isn't supposed to come out until later this morning, but we've dug up the Internet and found who is going to be busting out some moves on TV this year a little in advance.
The contestants on the new season of “Dancing with the Stars,” according to Toofab, are going to include some Olympians, Billy Dee Williams, the man who played Lando Calrissian in “Star Wars,” Danica McKellar, who played Winnie Copper in “The Wonder Years” and Candace Cameron-Bure, who played DJ Tanner on “Full House.”
The rest of the line-up is made up of other TV and film stars, some people you might know from reality TV and even a former NHL player. While the Olympians were a pretty obvious choice, seeing the huge popularity of the Sochi sporting event had on TV audiences, it's also interesting to see that sitcom actors are getting their chance to shine again in the spotlight.
So far, the list is made up of:
- Danica McKellar, Winnie Cooper from "The Wonder Years" - Candace Cameron-Bure, DJ Tanner from "Full House" - Billy Dee Williams, Lando Calrissian from "Star Wars" - Sean Avery, Former NHL player and Vogue intern - James Maslow, Big Time Rush hunk - Cody Simpson, Pop singer - Diana Nyad, Long-distance swimmer - Charlie White & Meryl Davis, Olympic gold medalists for ice dancing - Nene Leakes, "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star - Drew Carey, "The Price Is Right" host and sitcom star.
And, if we're to believe certain rumors, there is another big reality star that is going to compete for the Mirror Ball trophy this year. No, it's not a Kardashian, but it's the next best thing. Believe it or not, former athlete and reality superstar Bruce Jenner might be making an appearance on the show as a contestant.
