Madonna is undoubtedly one of the fittest, most toned female celebrities out there, and she’s like that because of years and years of hard work. Now, her fans will be able to try out her method soon.

The singer has decided to open a line of gyms and, while she won’t personally be in any of them to break a sweat, she will oversee everything that goes on in them, InStyle notes.

This is probably the closes thing to working out with Madonna any fan (or even non-fan) would ever get.

“Think of the most in-shape 50+ year old in the world and Madonna probably comes to mind – that is if you even remember she hit the half-century mark two years ago,” InStyle says.

“Madge is opening Hard Candy Fitness Centers (named after her 2008 album) with her longtime manager Guy Oseary and New Evolution Ventures (NEV) in her favorite cities around the world,” the magazine further notes.

According to the press release that’s already making the rounds, this is not a typical sweaty gym but rather a vast space that will be allotted to taking good care of the body of the paying customer.

“Madonna has a hand in everything from the music to the lighting to the classes offered. The first branch opens next month in Mexico City – additional gyms are planned in Russia, Brazil, Argentina and in Europe and Asia,” InStyle says.

While opening dates for gyms in the US are still to be announced, the singer will be in Mexico City on November 29 to open the gym here.

As we also informed you on several past occasions, Madonna first started working out with trainer Tracy Anderson, who was also introduced shortly after to her friend, Gwyneth Paltrow.

Before parting ways with the singer on more or less amicable terms, Anderson often spoke about what it was like working with her, describing her as a “gym nerd” – and one of her most obedient clients until then.

“I said to her, ‘I’m going to be bringing crazy equipment into your house, and you can’t work with anyone else.’ So she dropped all her other training and committed to me. She doesn’t tell me what she wants to achieve with her body – I tell her. She trusts me, so she does it,” Anderson was saying in March last year.

In all fairness, you don’t get arms like Madonna’s by not doing what your personal trainer says.
