The Humble Store is in a festive mood right now, as its massive Winter Sale has just kicked off, scheduled to last for a total of two weeks.

The event will support a number of charities, and 10 percent of the value of purchases will go toward making someone else's day a little brighter, so you might want to have a look at the deals.

This edition of the Winter Sale supports the World Land Trust, Electronic Frontier Foundation, Charity: Water, Child's Play Charity, and American Red Cross.

The digital distribution service has started the sale today, and around 500 games will get their prices slashed each day, with new deals constantly popping in and out, so you might as well get into the habit of browsing the Humble Store's wares.

Today's deals include Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, This War of Mine, Risen 3: Titan Lords, Tomb Raider Game of the Year Edition, Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, Planetary Annihilation and many, many others.

There are games old and new, big and small, for each and every taste, so have a look, you might just find something to keep you busy this Holiday season.
