She loves being famous and loves her fans - however, she rarely opens up about herself and most of her beauty routines are unknown to us. The interesting part is that the more she keeps quiet, the more popular she becomes. Her look and tastes are usually impeccable, but also much more approachable than those of many other celebrities, and there's a mixture of glamor and subtlety in her choice of makeup that always makes Nicole shine in an endearing kind of way. Here is a little insight into what it takes to pull off such a look.
Nicole has amazing eyes and she usually makes them the focus of her look, keeping everything else on the down low. In order to look like her, you will mostly need to use neutral shades all over your face - minus the eyes, of course. Wash and moisturize your face, then apply a matte foundation with a satin finish, followed by carefully blended concealer on your eyelids and under the eyes. With a large powder brush, lightly dust on a fine face powder to help set the entire look, then apply a touch of peach-tinted blush on your cheeks.
Start the eye makeup with a neutral, pearly shade of nude shadow on the upper lid, working upwards from the lash line to the crease. Add a touch of this shadow under the lower lash line, and on the inner corners of the eyes. Next, blend a light brown or gray shade of eyeshadow into the crease, from corner to corner. On the brow bone, use a shimmery nude or cream eyeshadow. Then line your upper lid with either a black wet powder or a liquid liner, going back and forth until the line gets the desired thickness. To create the illusion of bigger eyes, try extending the line a little beyond the normal length of the lash line. Finally, apply two coats of black lengthening mascara. Remember - subtlety is the key here, so a nude shade of lipstick with a coat of sheer gloss should be enough. Have fun!
