The models take advantage of Intel's 3rd generation Intel Core processors

On top of introducing the touch-screen enabled LT41P notebook series today, Gateway also pulled the veil off new touch-screen models from the NV laptop family.

The NV570P series features a 15.6-inch HD LED-backlit touchscreen display with an unspecified resolution, nevertheless said to deliver “vibrant and realistic images for spreadsheets, apps and streamed video.”

Unlike the other line launched today, the NVs draw power from Intel’s previous-generation Core processors coupled with 8GB of RAM, which still manage to provide “fast and fluid working environments,” says the company. Intel HD Graphics 4000 with 128MB of dedicated system memory are also integrated in the models.

Gateway offers abundant room for storing all kinds of files via the 750GB hard drive. More than that, customers will find two USB 2.0 ports, one USB 3.0, Wi-Fi 802 11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, HDMI and an HD webcam.
