Good riddance, you bunch of Honey Boo Boos!, actor rants in hilarious sketch

Since it’s Thanksgiving weekend and all, what better way to continue the celebration than by checking out a new message from actor Gary Oldman. It was included on the most recent episode of Jimmy Kimmel’s show and, as usual, you can see it in full above.

As Kimmel himself puts it, Oldman is one Brit who’s had enough of seeing Americans celebrate with food their escape from England. Thanksgiving is “like one giant divorce party” held annually with a lot of food and, most importantly, glee.

Oldman addresses Americans in front of a table set out for Thanksgiving, with a lovely spread that includes a whole turkey, mashed potatoes, veggies, pie, and some other delicious-looking dishes.

His message is clear: he doesn’t understand the national holiday but he’s not sad about it because the Pilgrims were actually quite insufferable. So good riddance, you bunch of Honey Boo Boos!, he says, right before starting out to destroy the table and everything on it.

And, while I was watching and silently giggling, all I could think of was, boy, all that food looks real! What a shame.
