Galaxy S 4, the latest flagship Android-based device from South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung Electronics, has already been listed as available for pre-order in Portugal, with a price tag of €689.99 ($884.71) attached to it.

The smartphone can be seen on Expansys’ website in this country as available for reservations with 16GB of internal memory, but, as PhoneArena notes, no specific release date has been provided as of now.

The new mobile phone is expected to arrive in the country in both White Frost and Black Mist color options, while packing a 1.9GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor inside.

Galaxy S 4 was made official on March 14 with a 5-inch full HD touchscreen display on the front, and is expected to arrive on shelves starting with late April, which suggests that users in Portugal might be able to grab it later this month as well.

For those out of the loop, we should note that the mobile phone was made official with 2GB of RAM to complement the aforementioned processor (which will be an Exynos 5 Octa in some markets), as well as with 16GB, 32GB and 64GB memory options.

Furthermore, the handset packs a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity capabilities, support for 4G LTE networks, HSPA, GPS receiver, and the usual set of sensors.

On the back, the Galaxy S 4 features a 13-megapixel photo snapper with support for full HD video recording, complemented by a 2MP camera on the front for making video calls. The handset can shoot photos and videos with both cameras at the same time.

Samsung announced the new device with Google’s Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system loaded on top, as well as with a nice range of exclusive features and applications, including Smart Pause, Smart Scroll, Air Gesture, S Planner, S Health, and others more.
