Soon, Canadian mobile phone users will be able to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 smartphone on the network of wireless carrier WIND Mobile, and info on the price tag that the device will sport has emerged online.

The new Android-based smartphone from Samsung is set to become available for purchase through the operator on October 4, when other carriers in the country will launch it as well.

According to a recent article on MobileSyrup, however, while WIND is almost certain to have the phone on shelves on October 4, others might launch it a bit later, around mid-October.

TELUS, Bell, and Rogers are expected to release it on October 4. A leaked internal document from WIND Mobile claims that this carrier will make a similar move.

Furthermore, the file unveiled the fact that Canadians would have to pay $749 (€539) for Galaxy Note 3, should they want to grab it SIM-free.

Those interested in a monthly deal with the operator will pay for it $449 (€323), $549 (€395) or $649 (€466), depending on the plan they opt in for.

“On Friday October 4th, 2013 WIND will launch the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 for $749 outright, or $449 on WINDtab with the WIND 40 plan,” said doc unveils.

Made official on September 4, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 sports a 5.7-inch full HD touchscreen display and is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor (an Exynos Octa version of the device was also announced).

The mobile phone also features 3GB of RAM, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity, as well as NFC capabilities. Furthermore, it sports a built-in GPS receiver, and a Li-Ion 3200 mAh battery inside.

Samsung packed the Galaxy Note 3 with a 13-megapixel camera on the back, as well as with a 2MP camera on the front. The phone runs under Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, with various exclusive features and applications from Samsung loaded on top.
