Samsung Canada has just announced that the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), amongst others, will be available to Canadian consumers in 2013.

Vice President of the Enterprise Business Division for Samsung Canada, Paul Brannen, commented on the event saying “we are excited to add the GALAXY Note 3, GALAXY Gear, GALAXY SIII mini, Galaxy S4 mini and the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) to our lineup this fall.”

“Samsung does not believe in a one size fits all approach – we believe in device democracy which is why we continue to grow our Samsung family of GALAXY devices, ensuring that we have a device to suit everyone's needs.”

Announced on a global scale this month, the Galaxy Note 10.1 will be launched upon the Canadian market as well. The tablet is expected to ship with a massive super clear LCD screen featuring a resolution of 2560 x 1600.

Performance wise, the Galaxy Note is given its juice by a 1.9 GHz Octa Core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. Other capabilities include GPS, microSD, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and a long lasting battery. Upgraded versions of S Pen and Note 3 will be something else to watch out for.

The slate comes with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box. Protection from harmful agents is provided by Samsung's own KNOX security, an advanced systems that keeps personal sensitive information safe.

The tablet will become available in November, just as the shopping season kick starts.
