Samsung Galaxy Nexus with Ice Cream Sandwich on board has already been confirmed for a November 17 release in the UK.

However, Americans will probably have to wait a bit longer, as Verizon Wireless plans to launch the Galaxy Nexus around the Black Friday (November 25), rumors claim.

Even though Samsung and Verizon have yet to announce the phone's price options, it looks like a screenshot of Costco's inventory screen has just been leaked courtesy to the folks over at AndroidCentral.

The internal document reveals that Costco plans to retail the Galaxy Nexus for $289.99 (210 EUR) with a new two-year agreement.

It looks like Verizon customers will have a tough choice to make, as the Galaxy Nexus features the same price range as two high-end devices that are expected to hit shelves in the next several days, the Motorola RAZR and HTC Rezound.

Although the HTC Rezound is superior when it comes to hardware, the Galaxy Nexus will be delivered with Google's latest mobile operating system, namely Android 4.0.

It is also worth mentioning that Motorola RAZR and HTC Rezound will both receive the Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade in early 2012, which will probably even the odds.

Despite the inferior camera and lack of a microSD card slot for memory expansion, it appears that the Galaxy Nexus is the more appealing device.

Equipped with a 1.2 GHz TI OMAP 4460 processor, Galaxy Nexus provides a smooth multitasking and browsing experiences.

In addition, the Galaxy Nexus packs 16/32 GB of internal memory and 1 GB of RAM, along with full LTE support for Verizon's 4G network.

It sports dual cameras, a 5-megapixel photo snapper with autofocus and LED flash on the back, as well as a secondary 1.3-megapixel front facing camera.

Costco will sell Verizon's version of the Galaxy Nexus, but other major retailers may offer the smartphone as well.
