Popular video card manufacturer, Chinese company Galaxy has just launched the Galaxy OC Panel. This is an external peripheral that connects to certain Galaxy graphics adapter and allows overclocking fans to manually play with various settings.

Galaxy’s OC panel is compatible with GeForce PGTX560TI-SPOC/1GD5 WHITE2, GeForce PGTX560TI-SPOC/1GD5 WHITE3, GeForce PGTX580-OC/1536D5 MDT4 and GeForce WHITE PGTX680-SOC/2GD5 video cards.

The launch is slated for tomorrow, the 14th of July 2012, and the estimated price is about $185, which we find to be quite prohibitive.

We don’t really think Galaxy’s new toy will be popular among overclockers, as the price is quite high now, at launch.

The manufacturer offers only a 1-year warranty for the OC panel.
