14 DAY TRIAL // Lady Gaga and boyfriend Luc Carl have recently rekindled their romance, with the singer now being convinced he is the one she wants to grow old with. In fact, Gaga is preparing for a December wedding in the UK, it has emerged.
According to a report in The Sun, Gaga has been telling her staff on the Monster Ball Tour that she’s anxiously waiting for it to pause this holiday season, so she can tie the knot with Luc.
She doesn’t want just any type of wedding, for that matter: she wants the fanciest, most eccentric affair ever to take place in showbiz, including a number where Dita Von Teese pops out of a wedding cake.
Details on the reported ceremony are still sketchy but, as the British tab also points out, knowing Gaga and her love for everything out of the ordinary, if the report is accurate, December should turn out to be quite an eventful month (more so than usual).
“The flamboyant star begins the latest European leg of her Monster Ball Tour in Helsinki on October 13 and it arrives back in London for shows at the O2 Arena on December 16 and 17,” The Sun writes.
“Then she has two months off before hitting the road in the US and plans to use it to wed club promoter Luc,” informs the tab.
For the location, Gaga has set her mind on a British castle in the countryside because, the same publication says, she feels this is the only place where she could let all her creativity run wild in organizing the event.
“Lady GaGa has told everyone she plans to get married. She has said she wants a fairytale wedding in a castle,” an unnamed, but reportedly very well placed, source says.
“We finish the European leg in London just before Christmas and the timing is perfect for the wedding,” the tipster adds.
“Gaga wants to arrive in a horse-drawn carriage for her castle ceremony in England or Scotland over the festive season the source added,” The Sun reports.
Aside from having burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese as a special guest – who would pop out of the wedding cake and then perform one of her trademark dances – Gaga is also thinking of making her and his wedding band on the model of Elvis Presley’s horseshoe ring.
