OpGabon, the campaign initiated by members of the Anonymous movement against the Gabonese government, continues. The hacktivists’ latest target is the official Gabon website of AXA (axa-gabon.com), the renowned France-based insurance company.

The hackers are accusing AXA of not paying compensations to the families of those murdered in the controversial ritual killings.

“With the rise on ritual killings in Gabon and a highly projected increase within the Gabonese economy for the financial&life insurance market, the AXA group has found a perfect position in Gabon with the help of Ali Bongo,” the hackers wrote on the defaced website.

“Henri de Castries, (CEO of AXA) has been making a killing off of the ritual killings. Yet there has been Zero life insurance compensations claims paid to any families that have lost someone through the Ritual murders.”

At the time of writing, the AXA Gabon website is still defaced.
