The GeForce GTX 570 from NVIDIA may have been launched over a day ago already but it seems that the stream of custom cards has not yet abated, with Galaxy having now brought forth its own model.

When it comes to most consumers, video cards like the GeForce GTS 450 are usually more than enough for any games.

Still, there are those customers that want more power and to enjoy multi-screen playtimes, among other things,

For those enthusiasts, as well as overclockers, there are such things as high-end PC components, and NVIDIA recently delivered its latest high-grade graphics card.

Said product goes by the name of GeForce GTX 570 and is powered by NVIDIA's currently most powerful GPU, the same one used in the GTX 580.

Now, Galaxy Microsystems has issued a press release to out its own custom model, though it mostly sticks to the same performance numbers as the original.

In other words, it has GPU, shader and memory clocks of 732 MHz, 1,464 MHz and 3,800 MHz, respectively.

The rest of the feature set includes the more or less well known 480 CUDA cores, 1,280 MB of GDDR5 VRAM, memory interface of 320 bits and support for PhysX, CUDA, 3D Vision Surround and SLI.

“Maximum settings! With today’s DirectX 11 games, that’s what it’s all about. But you shouldn’t have to sacrifice performance OR pay a small fortune.” said Shane Vance, US Sales, Galaxy.

“With the new Galaxy GTX 570, you get the performance, the life-like realism, all at a price that you can afford, from the company that’s been custom developing graphics cards for more than 10 years,” Vance added.

The card should stick to the price point of $350, the same as all of its other reference-clocked competitors, and is backed by a 2-year warranty.
