If you are not too interested in the battle between Gran Turismo and Race Driver: GRID and you'd rather spend some quality time enjoying a great gameplay, you might be seeing your dream come true from Viva Media's GTR Evolution racing game which is set to be released by the end of the year. And, in order to show what this title is about, the developers have unveiled its official website, which can be visited here, for a look at a brand new trailer, screenshots and extra details regarding the title.

GTR Evolution brings 30 new car models to race, along with five brand new classes of the finest cars in the world (you will be able to experience legendary cars like the Corvette C6R, Aston Martin DBR9, BMW M3 GTR, Koenigsegg CCGT and Spyker GT2R). Also, for those supreme adrenaline-seeker fans, Viva Media has worked in cooperation with FIA WTCC and is bringing some all-new WTTC extreme cars, exclusively designed for GTR Evolution. If you add these to the previous models and classes, you'll get no less than 49 unique vehicles and 12 classes (with more than 500 variations!) as well as 19 tracks and 40 different layouts, including the N?rburgring Nordschleife.

The more technical part of the release will bring us in-game file sharing which will make downloading and uploading of ghost files possible and a nationality indicator for the player's profile. When it comes to the actual gameplay, this new title takes a few bits from the previous GTR2 title - such as the Race-line in the time-trial mode. The game can now show two Race-lines simultaneously and brings distinctive brake-markers to breaking points. Also, the Race-lines can be uploaded and downloaded via the in-game file sharing service as well.
