14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Rockstar announces that it is working on a variety of spring updates for the Online mode of Grand Theft Auto V, which are designed to significantly enhance the game experience while adding new game modes, features and content that the community has been asking for.
The Capture Creator will be added during the coming week and will allow the players to make their own specialized jobs.
The team explains in an official announcement that, "Strategically place pick-ups, define weaponry, set location, and tweak tons of other variables to make your own unique Capture Job for others to take on. We will also be reviewing your homemade Capture creations to stamp standout experiences as Rockstar Verified."
The High Life update will then introduce new improved apartment options, a new powerful Bullpul rifle to use and more items for the wardrobes of all characters.
The Dinka Thrust motorcycle and three new cars, including the Super class Pegassi Zentorno, will mean that gamers will always travel in style.
A new Mental State statistic will also be offered for all players and it allows gamers to see how unhinged other characters are.
Cooperative Heist missions are also being added to GTA Online, which will allow gamers to team up with Crew members of strangers to pull off a number of tough missions to get more money and glory.
Rockstar also explains that, "many members of the GTA stunting community were disappointed to discover that this fix made pulling off certain popular bike tricks and stunts virtually impossible, so we're going to be restoring the original in-air motorcycle/bike physics in an upcoming Title Update."
The company also lists a number of smaller incoming changes, all of them designed to improve the game and keep gamers interested in the long term.
All races will have a No Contact option, which allows creators to disable collisions and make a more pure experience that focuses on speed and not on conflict.
Lester can now be called to convince all cops to ignore crime for a limited period and a bonus will be offered to a gamer who likes or dislikes a Job after playing it, to encourage feedback from the community.
Parachute, Races, Deathmatches and LTS Jobs with less than 4 players will come with increased rewards.
Rockstar has not offered official launch dates for any of the spring-focused new features for GTA Online and will offer more details closer to the moment when they are introduced to the game.
