Expanding Liberty City

September 1 is the day when Guitar Hero 5 from Activision is released and that makes it important enough for gamers but now Rockstar and Take Two are making it even more relevant as they have announced that on the same day, they will be launching the first official trailer for The Ballad of Gay Tony, the second expansion for last year's blockbuster Grand Theft Auto IV.

The game had already gotten one extra episode in April, with The Lost & Damned being well received both by critics and players.

We know that the new content, which is exclusively available to those who have bought Grand Theft Auto IV on the Microsoft-made Xbox 360, will be starring a guy named Luis Lopez, Anthony “Gay Tony” Prince’s assistant.

Luis has quite the criminal instinct and apparently will be doing some business with the Ancelotti crime family that gamers might remember from the initial release of the game. The new trailer will probably offer potential buyers more of an insight into the story while also detailing Lopez’s unique abilities and capabilities.

Players should not expect anything on the scale of the initial story of emigrant Niko, but rather a more focused adventure where Rockstar will likely try to push the boundary on what gamers are waiting for, as it did in the first episode released, via a bit of a full frontal encounter.

At the moment, The Ballad of Gay Tony is set to arrive on Xbox Live on October 29 for the price of 1,600 Microsoft Points, which is about 20 dollars in real world money. For those players who harbor a lot of adversity towards DLC, the new episode, complete with The Lost & Damned one, will also be offered on a disk called Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City, which will be retailing for 39.99 dollars.
