14 DAY TRIAL // If you have a large case with lots of fans inside, you might be in the market for a fan controller, and GELID has a new such item for sale.
Called SpeedTouch 6, it features, as one might guess from the name along, six channels.
That means that six fans can be individually controlled by it.
The top power for each channel is of 30W, which means that you can speed fans up quite a bit, in addition to slowing them down. You can reach a good sound-performance balance that way.
You can set automatic adjustment too, based on heat generated by hardware.
Of course, GELID has also included a display, LED-based, which shows the speeds. They are displayed at second digits accuracy in fact (1653 RPM become 1650 RPM).
Gelid is shipping the SpeedTouch 6 for a price of $35 / €29, complete with 2-year warranty and RoHS plus WEEE certification (making it environment friendly).
