Moreover, the more meetings you actually have the harder it is to keep track and the higher the chance you'll miss one of them. Epocware developed a special application that enables a Symbian smartphone owner to set up a large number of alarms and reminders, so they will never miss an important thing that was previously fixed.
Handy Alarm Pro features no less than 6 types of alarms and about 5 types of reminders, but also a plethora of other settings and options. The alarm included in the software can be set for Daily, Work Days, Weekly, Monthly or Next 24 hours and Once (one time alarm type for specific time). For events that take place daily, Handy Alarm Pro features a Daily alarm, while the Work Days type allows you to set an alarm for every day of your working week. For rare events there's a Weekly and Monthly alarm type, which is set for a specific day of the week/month.
Besides the 6 types of alarms, the application also features Reminders, such as: Simple, Contact, Phone number, Voice note, From SMS. The Simple reminder has standard options like time, date and text. The next two, Contact and Phone number, remind you to call or send a message to someone directly from Handy Alarm Pro notifier view. Voice note is an audio reminder that will let you create a reminder and quickly add a voice record to it. From SMS type enables you to create a reminder from incoming messages.All these reminders and alarms can be customized with different ringtone types, volume and even vibration. There are also some complex features such as: advanced snooze capability (from 5 minutes up to 2 days) and auto snooze option; Interval for repeated alarms; Text note to any alarm or reminder. Still, the most useful trait of the application that I found is the possibility of using the alarms and reminders even when the phone is in silent mode.
