If you thought that there was something yet to be learned about the unannounced All New HTC One, also known as the HTC M8, HTC One Up, or HTC One 2014, you should think again.

What appears to be the full, final list of hardware specifications for the device has emerged online, providing us with a complete view of the handset and leaving little on it to be announced.

Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation plans on making the smartphone official as soon as March 25, when it will unveil not only technical details on it, but also specific info on pricing and availability, yet you can already make a good idea of what to expect on that day.

Just as previously rumored, the All New HTC One will arrive on the market with a 5-inch touchscreen display that can deliver a full HD 1080p resolution and that is also said to be scratch-resistant, a recent article on GSMArena notes.

Moreover, the smartphone is said to pack a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor inside and 2GB of RAM. Compared to last year’s HTC One, it should be capable of increased performance capabilities, that’s for sure.

It will also include 16GB of internal memory, as well as a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes. Moreover, it will be powered by a 2600mAh battery, which should ensure long usage times.

On the back, the handset will feature dual UltraPixel cameras (no info on the resolution was provided), along with a 5MP front camera for making video calls. Apparently, the back cameras will deliver only 1080p video recording capabilities.

At the same time, the upcoming flagship device is expected to land on shelves with a nano-SIM card slot, along with a Barometer sensor, in addition to the usual set of other sensors.

According to the newly leaked info, the All New HTC One will measure 146.36 x 70.6 x 9.35 mm and will weigh 160 grams. It should also sport the same aluminum outer design as its predecessor.

The full list of hardware specs for this device does not offer new details on what to expect from it, as most of these have already been rumored quite a few times before.

However, there’s also a sales guide for the phone available for your viewing pleasure now, which is meant to bring to the spotlight some of the main features that it will come with, such as the metallic body, soft edges, HTC BoomSound technology, and the like.

There’s no telling at this point whether HTC will have anything left to surprise us when making the All New HTC One official later this month, but stay tuned to learn more on its pricing and availability.
