As part of massive rolling out of products, Fujitsu extended its tablet range by adding two models under the Stylistic moniker, the 10.1-inch Q584 and the 12.5-inch Q704.

The new slates are aimed at business professionals, who are always on the go but at the same time need to share, browse or create content to get the job done.

The Fujitsu Stylistic Q704 is actually a semi-ruggedized hybrid tablet PC, making it perfect for usage in more damage prone environments, like hospitals or schools. The tablet features a 12.5-inch beautiful display with an intense resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by a Core i5 or i7 CPU.

To enhance the working experience, Fujitsu has added some extra accessories like a smart card shell, optional cradle, keyboard docking station and dockable keyboard cover.

For higher risks professionals working in jobs from fields like military and public safety, construction/utility or field force / sales force, Fujitsu offers the Stylistic Q584 – a semi-ruggedized 10.1-inch slate with 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution, advertised as being very light and thin.

The company has packed an Intel Atom Z3770 quad-core processor. Users can use their fingers to interact with the slate or have the option of turning to a pressure-sensitive digital pen. 64GB to 128GB of memory are on board and the battery can offer up to 10 hours of power.

Both slates run Windows 8.1 and will become available starting December. Pricing details are not known yet.
