Technology has come a long way and today's fastest computers can provide an impressive performance level, dealing with some of the most performance-demanding applications available. With the release of components such as Intel's Core i7 processors and NVIDIA's dual-GPU GTX 295 graphics cards, PC vendors have been quick to adopt the new solutions, providing end-users with the very latest in computing experience. On that note, Fujitsu has recently let a couple of details slip on the company's upcoming gaming desktop PC, the Celsius Ultra. Packed with the latest components available on the market, the new system is claimed to be the world's fastest gaming PC featuring air cooling.

Although the company hasn't formerly introduced its new product, a couple of previous rumors and details have been slipped on the Internet. Now, it looks like the fellows over at PC Games Hardware have been lucky enough to receive a review sample of the new system, consequently posting the technical specifications and a couple of photos of Fujitsu's Celsius Ultra high-performance gaming PC.

Designed on Intel's X58 platform, the new system combines a high-performance Core i7 Extreme 975 processor with two NVIDIA GeForce GTX 295 graphics cards that have been slightly overclocked for increased performance. In addition, it has been equipped with no less than 6 x 2GB DDR3-1333 memory modules, one Western Digital Veloci Raptor 150GB hard drive, working at 10,000RPM, two Seagate 1TB HDDs with 7200RPM platter speed, Creative Titanium X-Fi audio card, Blu-ray Drive and DVD writer combo and a Windows Vista Business operating system.

Powered by a massive 1000W power supply unit, the system is expected to become available after Gamescon for about 3,999 Euros. A detailed review of this gaming behemoth is expected very soon, providing computer enthusiasts with some details on its performance capabilities.
