To highlight her human rights work, actress Mia Farrow sat down for an interview with the latest issue of Vanity Fair magazine and, willingly or not, caused a frenzy online for saying that her son Ronan is “possibly” Frank Sinatra’s child.

Ronan, who has somewhat of a cult following on social media and is an esteemed journalist and human rights activist, is now speaking on the matter on his incredibly awesome Twitter.

“Listen, we're all *possibly* Frank Sinatra's son,” he writes with typical humor.

He doesn’t say more on the paternity issue, but he goes to great lengths to say how proud he is of his family. Mia has 14 adopted and biological children, but they all severed contact with Woody Allen, after allegations of child abuse and after he decided to embark on a relationship with his adopted stepdaughter, and leave Mia for her.

“I am so proud of my family... I grew up across the table from [brother] Moses, who has cerebral palsy, and next to my sister Quincy, born of a drug-addicted inner-city mother, and Minh, who is blind,” Ronan writes.

“I could never have understood what it means to grow up blind or with cerebral palsy. I saw problems and needs, so the next thing you think is: OK, what are you going to do about it?” he continues.

For those who don’t know the drama still unfolding in this numerous family, a few words for context are necessary.

Mia Farrow was married to Frank Sinatra for a relatively short time but, in her Vanity Fair piece, she calls him the love of her life, saying, “We never really split up.”

Shortly after the divorce, Mia married her second husband, Andre Previn, with whom she had 3 biological children and adopted other 3, and whom she left for Woody Allen.

The star’s third marriage imploded when she discovered that Allen had embarked on a romantic relationship with one of the girls she had adopted with Prevnim, Soon-Yi, who is now Allen’s wife.

During the custody battle, Dylan, Woody, and Mia’s biological daughter, claimed he had often acted in a very improper manner around her, an allegation he denies to this day.

Since then, Woody Allen has been cut from the lives of all his children and his ex-wife. Ronan Farrow often jokes on his Twitter that he’s one of the few people on this Earth who can say that, for them, Father’s Day is actually Brother-in-Law Day.

The second photo included in this article shows he bears more resemblance to a young Frank Sinatra than to a young Woody Allen, so perhaps Mia was not lying in the interview.
