Turn 10, the developer of Forza Motorsport 3, has announced that it has partnered up with AutoWeek to release a new downloadable content pack for its racing simulation, including ten new legendary cars in order to celebrate the North American International Auto Show, which took place in Detroit, marking the rebirth of the worldwide automotive industry after the crisis that hit it in 2008 and 2009.

The cars included in the new AutoWeek Car Show Pack DLC pack are: the 2009 Audi RS 6; the 2010 Ford Shelby GT500; the 2009 Lotus 2-Eleven; the 2010 Aston Martin One-77; the 2010 Porsche Boxster S; the 2009 Audi R8 LMS Show Car; the 2010 Pagani Zonda R; the 2010 Saleen S5S Raptor; the 2010 BMW Motorsport M6 Coupe and the 2010 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport.

All of the above mentioned cars are quick and powerful, designed specifically to combine the ultimate in sporting performance with a style unique to each manufacturer. The 2010 Aston Martin One-77 is also the car that has the highest top speed in the entire Forza Mororsport 3.

Those who are interested in the new cars can spend 400 Microsoft Points to get the pack on the Xbox Live Marketplace. And for those who would like to try out before buying the pack, the 2009 Lotus 2-Eleven is offered as a free download by Turn 10 this month. Players need to get it and take it for a spin and then decide whether they are interested in the AutoWeek Car Show Pack.

With Gran Turismo 5 again delayed by Sony in Japan and with no dates available for North America and for Europe, Forza Motorsport 3 continues to be the best and most accessible racer console gamers can pick up at the moment.
