The city of Fort Worth in Texas may have accidentally torn down a second home, just one day before a similar incident on July 12.

As I wrote at the time, the home on Watercress Drive was demolished by mistake, an error which the city council has owned up to.

According to Fox 4, a small home in town was torn down on July 11. Juanita Anchonda's house had been burnt down and the Building Standards Commission ruled to demolish it.

However, they mentioned nothing about a rear structure where the family kept personal belongings and souvenirs.

"My mom's stuff, her clothes, her shoes, her boots. Everything. Her pictures, my grandma's pictures," Anchonda describes.

She hasn't called authorities because she never thought that she could do anything about it. Now a commission is looking into the incident and an investigation is underway.

Inquisitr added that the same contractor who totaled the Watercress property was on the job in the Anchonda demolition.
