Same phone, different colors

HTC Diamond was released in May 2008, and was originally produced only in black. After some time, the Taiwanese phone manufacturer decided to launch a white version of the Diamond as well, which seemed to catch on very fast with the HTC Diamond fans out there.

Now, it seems that more colors were added to the traditional black and white in which the device was available for purchase. Diamond will now be on sale in several other colors, with users now being able to choose between yellow, pink, red, blue, purple or brown.

Basically, you get a rainbow of colors, which is very nice – the only condition that has to be met, though, is that you be anywhere in France, since these models will seemingly be available only there. If there still is a lingering shadow of doubt regarding the new offer, that is because the colorful bunch from HTC is available for purchase on the international website PhoneAndPhone, only on the French section. Of course, there would be no problem with going there and ordering a device, no matter where you might be. Then again, there is the possibility that they can only deliver the phone in France, in which case a trip might be in order for all those interested.

While the new added color versions do make the HTC Diamond look better than in plain black or plain white, we shouldn’t probably consider it more than just a fashionable, trendy thing, since the phone remains the same and performs exactly as it did before. The rainbow colors can come quite in handy for all those fashion-aware ladies out there, who are always looking to be as chic as possible, and match their phone with the outfit they wear. However, given the price they would have to pay for the phone (about 400 Euros), chances are slim that too many will be rushing to make this happen.
