Waterproof, shock-proof and vibration-proof USB 2.0 flash drive

Corsair came up with what they claim to be the industry's toughest USB 2.0 flash drive. Here it goes. Due to an ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EDPM) waterproof seal, the stuff is water-resistant to 200 meters (650 ft). Finally, you can dive deep while wearing a shiny flash drive around your neck. Oh man, what a breakthrough!

Corsair said "no leaking or compromised integrity of data was observed during testing". Do you want more proof? Here you go. Shock-proof: it's encased in a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) milled aluminum case (the same material used in aircraft part production). It can take an impact whenever, wherever, whatever. Don't worry if you fall from a cliff. Your stored "memoirs" will definitely be safe. If you can take it, it can take it, right? Next! It's vibration proof too, but of course, thanks to its rubber molded collar shielding.

The Flash Survivor comes with a security application with 256bit AES encryption, probably the most secure encryption algorithms available. This app lets you create a hidden, password-protected partition on the drive, which is good considering you might forget the stick at the mermaid you recently encountered in your latest and greatest 200 m dive.

The USB drive can read/write data at speeds of 34 MB/s and 28 MB/s, respectively. The 4 GB sells for 59,99 $ while the 8 GB retails for 129,99$. One last detail: if this thing is so tough, why does it come with a 10-year Limited Warranty? Oh, it's not fire proof. I see...
