It appears that the new Google Nexus 10 might be on its way. PhoneArena got served with images of what could be the first renders of the upcoming tablet, via an anonymous tipster.

So far Samsung was in charge of the manufacturing processes behind the first-gen Nexus 10, but a lot of rumors have it that Google is now looking to go with Asus all the day, not just in the Nexus 7 department.

Therefore, the Nexus 10 (2013) is expected to pack a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor as opposed to the Exynos one, manufactured by Samsung. Resolution would be kept at the current standard of 2560 x 1600, but we will probably see the latest Android 4.4 version come pre-installed with the slate.

Another speculation is that the Nexus 10 will be molded after the yet-unreleased Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T. That could mean the slate will probably incorporate a Tegra 4 chip, so that might turn out to be interesting. However, nothing is certain yet, until new information appears.
