While Charlie Sheen is reportedly tossing in his bed at night with sheer rage that he’s been replaced on “Two and a Half Men,” Ashton Kutcher, the show’s new star, has already started doing promo duties for it.

Fans wondering what “Men” would be like without Sheen are closer to finding the answer to their question, thanks to photos of Kutcher with the other two actors of the main cast, Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones.

The trio attended the CBS Upfront event in New York the other day, the Daily Mail says, and, judging by the grins on their faces, they’re thrilled to have the show back up and running again after Sheen was fired earlier this year.

Ashton was so happy about getting to pose for the first official pics with his co-stars that he even uploaded one on his Twitter account; here too, they seem to be having a lot of fun.

Considering that he landed the most coveted job in television right now and that he’s getting paid $1 million per episode (according online reports), Ashton clearly has a lot to smile about – all the way to the bank.

“I’ve never probably in my 13 years in show business received more phone calls and e-mails from people congratulating me on this job,” the former model said in a recent interview with the US media.

‘You’d almost think I won the lottery or something, which I kind of did. I’ve got the best job in showbusiness, and I am ecstatic about that,” Ashton added.

Jon Cryer has also stepped forward to speak of Ashton’s casting on the show, saying it will provide the entire team with the opportunity to move into a different direction, and thus reinvent “Men” and introduce it to a new segment of the audience.

He also joked about how he and Ashton both have in common their modeling background and experience with comedy, as we also reported the other day.
