“Valentine’s Day” is one of the most anticipated movies of the beginning of this year and that’s not only because it’s about that magical day in February when everybody must celebrate love or that it happens to drop on Valentine’s Day weekend. Among many other stars, the film also features performances from Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner, whom fans cannot see interact in a recently released clip, as Disney Dreaming can confirm.

It’s known that the two Taylors play high school sweethearts in the film, as also known is the fact that they reportedly got together while shooting scenes for the film. However, until now, fans of the two young stars only had glimpses of them together thanks to several paparazzi shots that emerged a while back. Now, they also have video, as a segment called “How did you meet” has been released to promote the film.

In the segment, Taylor Swift’s character is being interviewed about her romance to Taylor Lautner’s character. She starts off by saying that, at first, she didn’t pay too much attention to him, especially since he had this habit of throwing spit wads in her hair in Spanish. However, one night, as she was brushing her hair, she found a spit wad that was actually a note and that read “What’s up?.” She found that, “like, soooo cute,” Swift’s character says. And it is then that Lautner also makes a hilarious appearance, as you will see in the video below.

As we were also telling you a few days ago, Swift has plenty of reasons to celebrate with “Valentine’s Day” and that’s weeks before the theatrical release of the film. “Today Was a Fairytale,” one of her songs included on the official score set a new record for downloads in its first week of release, bringing down the previous record holder, Britney Spears with “Womanizer.”

“Taylor Swift breaks the record for best first-week download sales by a female artist as ‘Today Was a Fairytale’ shifts 325,000 according to Nielsen SoundScan as it set to debut at No. 1 on the Digital Songs chart and No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100, both to be released tomorrow morning. Ke$ha’s ‘TiK ToK’ will remain atop the Hot 100 for a sixth straight week. ‘Fairytale,’ from the upcoming film ‘Valentine’s Day,’ in which Swift co-stars, gives her the best Hot 100 start of her career and equals her highest peak,” The Hollywood Reporter stated, as we also told you at the time.

Below is the “How did you meet?” segment from the upcoming “Valentine’s Day” with Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner. Enjoy.
