Google is a huge company with offices in every corner of the world but the ones from the Asian market are somehow more important. Why, you'll ask. There is no official reason but Google really wants to expand their products into numerous countries because there are several users waiting for the search giant. Although Google's efforts were quite useless, the company tries a new strategy and prepares to hire a new Korean president after almost two years since the last superior left the local office.

According to a WebmasterWorld forum member, Lee Won Jin is a Korean-American able to increase the Google presence in the Asian market and debut new versions of the search giant's products. It seems like the new Google employee is currently the President of Adobe Systems Korea but there is no official statement from any of the companies involved in the speculations.

In the past, both Internet giants Google and Yahoo repeatedly tried to conquer the Asian market but, every time, they encountered more problems than successful activities in the area. Yahoo was the most affected company in the countries after it suffered several departures that finally caused the need of an internal reorganization as well as new personnel related decisions. However, Google also had several attempts to expand their products into the Chinese market but, the local leader, also known as the Chinese Google, attracted the majority of users.

The most recent problem for the regional Google office concerns the agents hired by the company that should sell the company's products to the local customers. According to an official statement, Google's image was affected by almost 300 fake agents who were trying to earn money by selling inexistent Google solutions.
