Windows Phone 7, the latest mobile operating system the Redmond-based software giant Microsoft has brought to the market during the ongoing year, is enjoying an increasing number of applications, and the company is offering more ways in which users can find these apps and download them.

Among them, we can count Bing, the search engine solution the company launched last year, which can offer relevant results for all those US or UK Windows Phone 7 users interested in the finding of a mobile application fast and easy.

These software solutions were already made available for download in the Windows Phone Marketplace, the app portal where all Windows Phone 7 users find apps for their devices, as well as via the specific website the company put in place for the mobile OS.

However, when it comes to Bing, it can offer users the possibility to easily find what they were looking for, not to mention that the Bing Visual Search Gallery (VSG) can narrow the library of apps down to those that interest the most.

“Whether you’re looking to sort by category- say games, music or productivity- or by price, rating, top downloads or the ever popular “free”, we’ve got you covered,” a recent post on Bind Community notes.

“On the left rail, we provide easy to use filters that allow you to focus your search and find what you’re looking for in a matter of clicks. If you want to check to see if a popular app is available, just type the name into the search bar.”

As soon as the user has discovered the application he/she was looking for, one can clock on the link to the app, and Bing will deliver the details page, where a direct link to Zune Marketplace willa lso be included.

Thus, users have the possibility to download the application on their desktop computers, while being able to wirelessly sync to the phone via Zune.

In case there are some who would like to purchase a Windows Phone 7 device, but they just can not decided on the actual handset, they can use Windows Phone 7 VSG to make a decision on this as well.
