Miguel kissed and made up with Khyati Shah backstage and apologized to her, but she’s still thinking of suing, her attorney says for E! News.
Apparently, she’s been experiencing “difficulties” ever since that ill-fated night when she was crushed under Miguel. She’s already been seen by doctors and, pending on their diagnosis, she will sue or not.
“We will determine that after we have feedback from medical providers,” her attorney says.
The good news is that, according to her lawyer, Khyati is more than happy to settle out of court, if Miguel so desires.
