Farrah Abraham, MTV Teen Mom reality star, singer, tabloid fixture, and “accidental” adult star, is getting really serious about her career as a “writer.” She has a new book coming out, targeting the adult section, which she believes is actually better than E.L. James’ best-selling trilogy “Fifty Shades of Grey.”

Creatively and artistically speaking, “Fifty Shades” is garbage, but it is a worldwide phenomenon and it’s even being made into a film: the first installment comes out on Valentine’s Day next year and will hopefully launch a new film franchise.

Farrah is thinking that this might happen to her book as well, since it’s better than James’ trilogy. “In the Making” comes out in July and will also launch a trilogy, so the controversial Teen Mom is probably thinking Hollywood will be banging on her door with movie offers any day now.

She’s not really that into the idea of taking books, no matter how popular, and turning them into film because, she explains in a new interview with Celebuzz, a written story is much more “compelling” than one put on film.

But… if her books will be given the big screen treatment, she knows just the actress to play leading character Fallon Opal, which is a mildly fictionalized version of Farrah herself. In fact, her books are a mildly fictionalized take on her life.

“If it were turned into a movie, which I think would also be awesome in its own sense, I just know I would have Jessica Alba play Fallon Opal. I think she’s very relatable to myself and Fallon Opal, and I think she’s had a very good career and I would trust her playing that part,” Farrah says.

“Jessica Alba would be Fallon Opal. And I think the other characters would have to go through casting. I think she just has a lot of characteristics that Fallon Opal [has]… some of the descriptions in the book and some of the characters Jessica Alba has played in the past relate to where Fallon Opal is and what she’s going through. I know I personally altered my hair and changed some things for the photo shoot,” the star further explains.

As of now, there’s no word on whether Hollywood is actually thinking of bringing Fallon Opal’s story to the big screen but if there’s a safe bet for you, that would be the success of the book. Farrah has already penned a bio, “My Teenage Dream Ended,” which ended up in the top 11 of the New York Times’ best-sellers list when it came out.
