An entire family in Montana has just finished building an amazing house reflecting their care for the environment. The people interested in this innovative idea can admire the construction in Paradise Valley, Montana. The house will be used especially during holidays and respects all earth-friendly values.

The work required to achieve such success reminds me of the efforts put together by Noah's family members, who struggled so hard to build the great Ark before the flood. It was 100% team work. In order to build the dream house in record time, everybody's contribution was needed and appreciated.

Therefore, architect Gary Zimmer, joined forces with father Lew, mother Sarah, brother Brian, sister Carol, brother-in-law Tom, sister-in-law Chanelle. They have done a great job designing and finalizing the magnificent getaway.

The members of the new team of amateur workers followed eco-friendly concepts even when they thought about the location. The family decided to build the fantastic home on the upper banks of the river in order to protect the wildlife, keeping it away from the damaging impact of human intervention.

They received help from Tulikivi, one of the world's most important manufacturer of heat-retaining fireplaces. The enterprise is very well known mostly due to their 60 different models of fireplaces that are generally considered to be the cleanest wood-burning items in the whole world.

Their idea of creating a 100% ecological house is well reflected by the fact that they chose wood as a source of renewable fuel. In order to heat the place, the family members will use wood which otherwise would have rotten in landfills.

They all worked hard to finish a very ambitious project, and now the result represents a dream come true. Gary’s architectural firm has designed the project for the new place, and his brother Brian, who is an art teacher has improved and developed most of Gary’s design ideas.

They both have worked with their sister Carol, who took care of the interior design aspects. Lew, Gary's father, who shapes wood for a living, was able to bring to life the dining room table and shelving.

It seems that, in the end, their efforts have paid off. “It was an absolute delight to design a house our whole family could use. Everyone in the Zimmer family put hard work and love into making this home a reality,” said Lew

Also, their very ingenious and earth-friendly idea is expected to make all their future guests envious, since the dream house is anything but common. The only items which still might remind the viewers of a traditional home are the toilets, according to Gary.
