A brand new and quite massive report has appeared online concerning Fallout 4, the long-awaited role-playing game that's set to be developed and published by Bethesda, confirming that the company will debut a lengthy gameplay demonstration at its own E3 2015 press event, culminating with 20 to 30 minutes of actual footage.

Fallout 4 has been reported to exist for quite some time, with rumors and speculation dating back to almost as early as Fallout 3 was released.

However, only after Bethesda finished its work on The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim did those rumors gain traction, as the studio was able to allocate resources to its new role-playing experience.

Fallout 4 is coming to E3 2015

Now, after we heard that Bethesda would organize its own press briefing at E3 2015 in June, a new report has arrived confirming what many were already hoping: Fallout 4 will be presented to the world at that special event by Bethesda.

The news comes from Germany's PC Games, which cites an insider from Bethesda. Apparently, the large studio will hold a gameplay demonstration of about 20 to 30 minutes, which is filled with great footage from the RPG.

What's more, the report also confirms that Fallout 4 won't appear in 2015, as instead it's scheduled to launch sometime in 2016.

Seeing as how Bethesda isn't commenting on this, take the report with a huge grain of salt. The company has made a habit of not talking about such speculation, but it has, in past situations, stepped forward to dismiss any hoaxes.

Previous reports claim a Boston setting

Over the years, Fallout 4 reports have mentioned a few common details, including a setting that takes place in Boston, as well as all-new role-playing mechanics that augment the post-apocalyptic experience.

Unfortunately, until Bethesda is finally ready to debut the game, there aren't a whole lot of things that can be verified officially.
