14 DAY TRIAL // For the past 6 years, NBC’s Sunday Night Football would always kick off with a rendition of “Waiting All Day for Sunday Night” by Faith Hill but, as of this fall, she won’t be there to sing the intro theme.

The singer breaks the news to her fans on Twitter but doesn’t offer a reason for the decision.
“Amazing 2 have been part of SNF – an honor. I’ve just let everyone there know it’s time 2 let someone else rock the open,” she writes.
She makes sure all those upset by her decision know that it wasn’t an easy one.
“Difficult decision. Kinda emotional. Love all u guys at SNF – I’ll b watching!!!” Faith writes.
As of now, NBC is yet to announce a replacement.
