14 DAY TRIAL // The Team of the Week package for the Ultimate Team mode in FIFA 15 has been revealed by the team at EA Sports and once again players can pick up a variety of players that can be used to boost their own line-ups and perform better in matches against other humans.
The leader of the attack line this time around is Harry Kane, a young player that has medium stats but has managed to really shine in the real world, and he is joined in the forward position by Mark Gonzalez, another relative unknown.
The team at EA Sports is using a 4-4-2 formation for the first time in a while and the four strong midfield features some very solid players: Gaitan, Andre Filipe Bras Andre, Scarlone and Felipe Melo.
The defensive department that FIFA 15 can pick up features: Clichy, Godin, Otamendi and Civelli, none of them superstars but all of them good choices for those of limited means.
Finally, the goalkeeping is performed by Geronimo Rulli and there are also the usual seven substitutes included in the Team of the Week for Ultimate Team.
The Chemistry rating sits at 61 but most gamers will pick the pack apart in order to integrate players in their first line-ups.
FIFA 15 aims to keep gamers engaged each week
The football simulation has been very popular for the past few years, but with Ultimate Team, it has managed to reach an entirely new level of long-term engagement.
Truly dedicated players spend a lot of time and even real world money to acquire the players they want and who have the potential to boost their entire team.
This allows the development team at EA Sports to make each Team of the Week a special moment for the community.
In the long term, gamers can expect to see a new patch for the title coming in early February in order to make sure that FIFA 15 incorporates all the transfers taking place during this month in the real world.
It’s unclear whether the team has plans to also make important changes to the core gameplay mechanics.
