14 DAY TRIAL // “Twilight” star Kristen Stewart rarely talks about her personal life save for those times when she opens up about how the negative media she generates shifts the focus from her work onto her person, which she resents. Speculation about it does not cease because of this, though. On this note, her former boyfriend Michael Angarano is waiting for her to grow tired of Pattinson and dump him, the National Enquirer says in the latest print issue (story via here).
According to the recent report, Stewart dumped Michael this summer, when she finally decided to stop oscillating between him and her co-star Pattinson – and chose the latter, obviously. Since then, Angarano has been waiting patiently for her to come to her senses and maybe tire of Robert, so that the first person she sees after the breakup is him. This would also show Kristen that he is a much better man than the British actor, insiders (presumably close friends of Kristen or even Michael) say.
“Kristen Stewart’s old boyfriend Michael Angarano is desperately hoping to pry her loose from Robert Pattinson. Michael is trying to stay close to Kristen so that if she ditched Rob, he’ll be there for her. Earlier this summer, Michael, 21, was crushed when Kristen called it quits. And he was even more devastated when she landed in the arms of Hollywood’s No. 1 Heartthrob.” the Enquirer writes.
“Michael’s convinced Kristen’s going to tire of Rob. He’s still crazy about her, so he’s positioning himself to be there when the Rob romance crumbles. But Michael’s patient. They hardly ever argued, and they both had similar tastes in music, books and travel. [They] have remained great friends. They talk regularly.” the unnamed but reportedly very reliable insider reveals for the tabloid.
As fans already know, neither Robert Pattinson nor Kristen Stewart has ever confirmed dating. As a matter of fact, the two are rarely seen out together except for the occasional date at a concert, where they attend together with friends and other “Twilight” cast members. Then again, this has never stopped the tabloid media from speculating on their relationship.
