14 DAY TRIAL // Since CBS has pulled the plug on the rest of the season of “Two and a Half Men” and perhaps the entire show altogether, Charlie Sheen has been doing the media rounds, telling the world he’s fine and sober. Ex Brooke Mueller is telling another story.
Mueller, who has filed for divorce from the actor but, until the other day, was still living with him and his Goddesses at his LA home, has obtained a restraining order against him.
She claims he threatened to behead her and then have her head boxed and sent to her mother. A judge has granted her a temporary restraining order and has had the two children removed from Sheen’s house, TMZ reports.
“A judge temporarily stripped Charlie Sheen of custody of his twin sons Tuesday, after Brooke Mueller submitted a declaration in which she alleged Charlie said, ‘I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom,’ TMZ has learned,” the e-zine reports.
“The judge also ordered Charlie to surrender their twin boys – Bob and Max – to Brooke while the TRO remains in effect. Police removed the twins from Charlie’s house late Tuesday,” says the same report.
“According to legal docs, Brooke also claims... on February 23 Charlie threw a phone inside his house and then with a penknife in hand, threatened to stick it in Brooke’s eye,” TMZ says.
Oddly enough, after said alleged incident, Brooke got on a yacht with Sheen and his two Goddesses and went to the Bahamas for a little R&R, which infuriated CBS bosses because he was supposed to be rehabbing at home.
Fans are concerned for the actor, who, as noted above, has been giving a series of interviews talking about the network’s decision about the show and how his life couldn’t be any better than it is now.
“I’ve been riding it on a mercury surfboard. I’m on a mission, it’s an operation actually to right some terrible wrongs. I’m at the dead epicenter of every single moment that’s been going on in this thing,” Sheen told Piers Morgan on his CNN show the other day.
