14 DAY TRIAL // At 21, Evan Rachel Wood has it all, it has been said, from fame to a blooming career, and the love and support of her many loyal fans. What she also has now, if the latest rumors are accurate, is Marilyn Manson back, as PageSix is reporting that the two have finally managed to work out whatever differences they had and got back together.
Apparently, the much-mediated duo got back together after the Oscars parties all ended, and they left one in each other's company. Evan and Marilyn were reportedly spotted by PageSix spies leaving the W Hotel in Los Angeles after spending the night there.
According to the source, the shock rocker came out first, hailed a car and waited outside, saying his “girlfriend” would not be late in coming down. Minutes later, Evan Rachel Wood also came out, got in the car with Marilyn and left.
As expected, the publicists of the two stars have refused to make any comment to the media as to the way the relationship has evolved in recent days, saying they are not at liberty to discuss their clients’ personal life. Nevertheless, fans of the actress (who also happen to be the same critics who openly spoke about the affair the first time around on account of the age difference and dissimilar lifestyles), have already taken to dedicated forums, hoping this is nothing but a rumor that will not check out.
Just recently, the stunning actress was linked with yet another older – and presumably equally inappropriate – celebrity, Mickey Rourke, with whom she starred in the Oscar-nominated “The Wrestler.” After reports broke out that she was seen kissing Rourke at some party or another, Evan Rachel Wood personally issued a statement to set the record straight.
“I’m upset because I feel disrespected by the press and by Mr. Rourke. Just because I’m single doesn’t mean that you can take advantage of me. It’s unfair that the performances might suffer because of all of these distractions. I’m not attracted to him, he’s too old for me. Nothing ever happened and nothing ever will.” Wood said in a press release meant to kill the rumors of a hook-up with Rourke.
